Q. What time can I check in at my arrival hotel?

A. Check-in times can vary from hotel to hotel and region to region. Generally, they are between midday and 2 pm. If you do arrive earlier, you’ll be able to store your luggage with the hotel and head out to explore for a couple of hours.

Q)  Is it possible to get a discount for group bookings?   

A. Yes, we will give discounts for group bookings. However, the minimum number of members in a group should at least 10. The higher the number of people in your group, the higher will be our discount.

Q)  I have already booked tickets for the Sharjah city tour. Is it possible to change the date of my travel?

A. Yes, it is possible to change your travel dates. However, please check the rules and regulations before changing your date of travel.

Q)  What are the documents required for processing the tourist visa?

A. The documents required for processing the tourist visa are passport size photograph, front and last pages of your passport, and your ticket.

Q)  Can you please tell me the accepted modes of payment?

A. In case if you paying online, you can do that using your credit/debit cards, PayPal, and internet banking. The offline payment will be accepted in cash.

Q)  What are the surcharges applicable on the card payments?

A. An additional surcharge of 2.5% will be applicable on all the credit and debit cards used for payment.

Q)  Is there any minimum age limit for the travellers?

A. Generally, there is no age limit for travellers. However, it may vary depending on the tour package you choose. Please log on to our website to get all the details regarding your tour package.

Q)  What is the deadline for providing the passport details?

A. All your passport details have to be provided to us within 72 hours prior to the schedule of your departure for the tour.

Q)  I think I have misspelled my name while booking the tickets. Is it possible to change them?

A. No, it is not possible to change your name after booking the tickets. Hence, you will have to cancel them and book a new ticket with the correct spelling of your name. However, cancellation charges may be applicable to your tickets.

Q)  Is it safe to enter my card details on your website?

A. Yes, secure server infrastructure and TLS-secured communication are used by us. Hence all your financial information will not be leaked to any third parties and are also not vulnerable to the threats of hacking.

Q)  What are the types of debit cards accepted by you?

A. You can book your tickets using a Visa or a MasterCard.

Q)  What are the checking times of the hotels in Dubai?

A. The usual check-in time is normally between midday and 2 PM. However, the timings shall vary depending on the hotel you choose to stay in. Some of the hotels also allow early check-in and late check-out facilities on additional charges.

Q)  How many days will it take for a visa to get processed?

A. It will take approximately 3-4 working days to process a tourist visa.

Q)  Do I have to provide my passport details at the time of booking?

A. Yes, you need to provide us the passport details at the time of booking. If you are travelling from a different country, you will not be able to board the flight without these details. Also, your passport details are mandatory in case if you wish to get a refund after the cancellation of your ticket.

Q)  Can you tell me the step-by-step procedure for applying a tourist visa?

A. To get a tourist visa, please follow the procedure mentioned below:

  • Fill-up the online visa application form

  • Submit the scanned documents of all the relevant documents

  • Make the payment online via bank transfer, credit/debit card, cash deposit, or PayPal.

Q)  Is it possible to pay for a ticket in instalments?

A. No, you need to pay the full amount before the trip. However, you may also pay in cash directly to our tour agent at the time of pick-up.

Q)  Up to what age can a child go for your tour free of cost?

A. We do not charge anything for the children who are under the age of 3-years.

Q)  I am a US citizen. Do I have to apply for the visa in advance?

A. You can apply for the tourist visa online. However, being a US citizen, you can also choose for the visa-on-arrival option.

Q)  Can you name the countries with the on-arrival visa option to UAE?

A. The various countries with the on-arrival visa option include Austria, Australia, Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Portugal, Sweden, San Marino, Singapore, Brunei, United States, and Vatican.

Q)  How do I confirm if my ticket has been booked?

A. Soon after the payment, the confirmed tickets will be mailed to your e-mail address provided to us at the time of booking. If you do not receive any confirmation, please contact us at [email protected].

Q) Are pregnant women allowed to go for all your tours?

A. No, some of the tours are not suitable for pregnant women. Please log on to our website and check the restrictions and rules applicable on the tour of your choice.

A. We offer tourist visas which are valid for 14, 30 and 90 days. We can also arrange for a 96-hours tourist visa for you. Please log on to our website to know more about these visas.

Q)  When is the best time to visit Dubai?

A. The best time to visit Dubai is during the winter season, which is from November to April. For indoor activities, you can visit Dubai anytime

Q)  I am still planning my trip to Dubai. Is it possible for you to hold the tickets for me?

A. Please contact our tour agent if you wish to hold the tickets for any specific tour package. However, the tickets will be held only for a period of 48-hours. Also, if your travel date is within the next 72-hours, we will not be able to hold the tickets for you.

Q)  What are the charges applicable to your hospitality services?

A. As per the new taxation rules of UAE, 5% VAT will be applicable on all our hospitality services.

Q)  Are your ticket rates always the same?

A. No, the tickets rates may slightly vary depending on the date of your booking and also the tax rates in UAE.

Q) Do I have to follow any dress code for visiting the Dubai city?

A. No, you can wear anything which is comfortable for you. However, you have to follow a dress code while entering any of the mosques in the country.

Q)  What is the dress code for men and women inside the mosques in UAE?

A. For women: All women have to wear clothes which do not expose their hands and legs. Also, their heads must be covered while inside the mosques.

   For men: All men must wear the clothes which do not expose their shoulders and also the body parts above their knees.

Q)  I am planning to visit Dubai after a week. Is there any facility to apply for an urgent visa?

A. Yes, you may use the express facility to process your visa. If you use this option, you will get the status of your visa within 48-hours after you have applied for it.

Q) Are there any countries with visa restriction?

A. Yes, the countries with visa restriction are Bangladesh, Albania, Antigua, and Barbuda.
